How do I sync recipes between iphone and the desktop app?

To sync recipes between Grocery king installed on iPhone and the desktop recipes app, open Grocery King on iPhone and go to the recipes screen. Pull down on the recipes screen to trigger a refresh action as shown in the screenshot below

                 

After sync operation completes, all recipes between the IOS app and the desktop app will be in sync.
